I have been visiting Heidi for regular reflexology sessions for a number of years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is such a warm and caring person and very professional which makes me feel safe to share personal information about my health and well-being with her. Heidi can then tailor sessions so that they have the maximum impact. Reflexology doesn’t hurt, although a specific area Heidi is working on may feel tender. It is so worth it though, as the sense of release is very therapeutic. Over time, reflexology with Heidi has enabled me to feel calmer and more resilient in the way I live my life. I have had problems with pressure in my ears for a long time and when I discovered Cheshire Lasers had someone who practised hopi ear candling, I thought it would be worth a try and it seems to have had a positive effect. I have been a few times now and have decided to make it a regular visit. I find it helps a lot particularly the massage that Heidi finishes with. I would recommend her services. Susan
