Online Appointment Information:
Most of our specialists have online booking, however, a few prefer to control their own diary, and you may need to contact them directly to arrange an appointment.
Some specialists use different online appointment systems to book consultations and treatments. Each system requires a separate login and password.

Troubleshooting if you have problems:
If you are an existing client please do not register. Instead, email us at email@example.com and we will send you out a password linked to your appointments as quickly as possible.
If you have an online booking already and have forgotten your username or password, please click Forgot Password as shown here to be sent your reset information.
For new clients please register on the appointment system.
You will be asked for your details including an Email address and contact number. You will also be asked for contact information and permission to be contacted by email, phone and text should we need to contact you about your appointment.
Please be aware if you do not give permission to be sent email appointment confirmations and reminders, you will not be able to use the online system. In which case please phone us to schedule all your appointments.
For new clients booking an appointment with Dr Johnson, a £50 deposit is needed to finalise your appointment which is taken through PayPal. After completing your payment it is necessary for you to return to the appointment site to confirm the booking and payment.
We also request a deposit for other treatments such as Laser and Ultraformer treatments and for treatments with our Aesthetic doctors and nurses.

Whenever you book an appointment, the system will send you an email confirming your appointment time. Please check this email. If you do not receive it please check your spam and if you can not find it please let us know, so we can confirm the day and time.
We send out appointment reminder by email. For longer appointments and laser treatments, we sent a reminder a week before your appointment in case you have forgotten about it. Please, can you reply to this email and confirm your appointment so we know you are coming, as we sometimes have a waiting list for these treatments.
You will also receive reminders 48hrs and 24hrs before your treatment. This is to remind you of your appointment to help you avoid any cancellation fees, as described in our cancellation and arriving late policy.
We apologise for the number of reminders however, we get a high percentage of people not showing up, arriving at the wrong time or cancelling their appointment at the last minute. Often with enough notice, we can fit a treatment in any newly available slots.
