Sharron’s Training:

Sharron trained with the Gaia School of Natural Health, Wirral, and gained a Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology, the highest qualification for a Reflexologist in the UK. Level 5 Diploma in Practitioner Reflexology is within the ‘Nursing, Subjects and Vocations Allied to Medicine’ framework.

She has an advanced knowledge of Reflexology allied with anatomy and physiology, providing a wide understanding of ailments and conditions where a holistic approach through Reflexology enhances your own well-being and healing.

Sharron is a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, having completed a comprehensive and advanced reflexology course. She continues to develop her skills through continuous training and development.

ReikiFlex

Sharron has recently introduced this new exclusive combined treatment of Reflexology & Reiki. It is aimed at offering a deeply relaxing complementary therapy to balance mind & body physically and spiritually.

This is a safe and unique treatment aimed at those wishing to experience a calming and spiritual therapy.

FRT (Functional Reflex Therapy)

Sharron also has trained in FRT (Functional Reflex Therapy) delivering the Rainbow Relaxation Routine. The nurturing concept of FRT (Functional Reflex Therapy) supporting the emotional wellbeing of young people with additional and diverse needs, high levels of anxiety and communication difficulties, their carer’s, parents and support network. Including 1-1 sessions, Rainbow Relaxation Routine workshops, and school class relaxation sessions.

AdRx – Adapted Reflexology

Sharron has undertaken this specialised training, a ‘’specific manual stimulation to the feet according to the principles of reflexology but with neurogenic adaptation in pain states’’ Aimed at supporting those suffering musculoskeletal pain of variable duration and intensity.  As adapted by Gunnel Berry, a physiotherapist who researched and developed this treatment, it helps patients improve pain outcomes. This Reflexology therapy is adapted for those suffering from back, neck and spinal pain and whiplash injury. Several sessions are recommended to gain the most benefit from the treatments.

When is Sharron is available at Cheshire Lasers?

Friday 9.30am – 4.00pm
Saturday 9.30am – 3.00pm

Treatments are 60 minutes and include a personalised treatment plan.

Sharron’s Treatment Prices:

1. Reflexology for Health, Women’s Health, Menopause, Migraine, Pain, and Relaxation and much more – 60 minute personalised treatment £49. 
It is recommended that a course of treatments is booked for at least 6 sessions to gain the most benefit. A continued course of treatment would then be discussed as a maintenance programme.

2 ReikiFlex £49. – combined Reflexology and Reiki treatment. 60-minute treatment. (First appointment 90 mins.)

3. Reiki treatments £40.  Appointments are 1 hour. 

4. Functional Reflex Therapy (FRT) 1-1 sessions £50.  Appointments are 1 hour. For Classroom sessions or Parent/carer sessions please contact Sharron to discuss.
5. AdRx – Adapted Reflexology £55– 1-hour appointment includes therapy and a consultation.
All appointments include a consultation, although the first session will be a slightly longer consultation.
