Reviews from Heidi’s clients:

Heidi is very warm welcoming and professional. She immediately puts me at ease and the treatment is relaxing and soothing. I really feel the benefits if reflexology both physio and mentally. Totally recommended Kate

Heidi Hewitt’s reflexology treatment’s are amazing. After my appointment I feel relaxed and chilled out. I have been having reflexology treatments by Heidi for 8 years and I would recommend everyone to try one.

I have been visiting Heidi for regular reflexology sessions for a number of years, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She is such a warm and caring person and very professional which makes me feel safe to share personal information about my health and well-being with her. Heidi can then tailor sessions so that they have the maximum impact. Reflexology doesn’t hurt, although a specific area Heidi is working on may feel tender. It is so worth it though, as the sense of release is very therapeutic. Over time, reflexology with Heidi has enabled me to feel calmer and more resilient in the way I live my life. I find it deeply relaxing, and I always have a fabulous night’s sleep after my treatment. It’s an essential part of my self-care and I honestly couldn’t do without Heidi in my life. Thank you! X

I have had problems with pressure in my ears for a long time and when I discovered Cheshire Lasers had someone who practised hopi ear candling, I thought it would be worth a try and it seems to have had a positive effect. I have been a few times now and have decided to make it a regular visit. I find it helps a lot particularly the massage that Heidi finishes with. I would recommend her services. Susan

Hydro2 Facial Feedback

Here is our feedback from our New Hydro2 Facial :

HYDROFACIAL – 5* ultimate facial!!
Everything you could ever want in one facial! I’ve experienced many facials over the years, but this treatment absolutely blows everything else out of the water!! Highly recommended – it combines a traditional hydra facial with radio frequency (using a much improved and more superior machine), together with muscle stimulation and tightening (similar to a CACI facial – of which I’m a huge fan). It doesn’t stop there, my therapist Natasha continued the treatment with lots of anti-ageing and hydrating serums and a gel mask infused with collagen and antioxidants, which was stimulated using sonic vibration. The final stages were an oxygen facial and finally a cryo-facial. As I stated, this 5* facial combines absolutely everything!!
My therapist, Natasha was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she explained every procedure and highlighted the benefits!!
The results are AMAZING, my skin is positively glowing and lifted! Definitely a red carpet treatment. Give it a try, I promise you, you won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Powerform Pelvic Floor Treatment Feedback

EMsella Powerform Pelvic floor exercises

Powerform Pelvic Floor Treatment Feedback / Reviews

Thinking of trying our High-Intensity Focused Electro-Magnetic Pelvic Floor strengthening treatment? View feedback from our clients to help you decide if it is for you.

Feedback Received 1 week after 8th pelvic floor Treatment:

I have had a week pelvic floor and mild stress incontinence for years and this has got worse over time. I struggle to feel my pelvic floor and therefore find pelvic floor exercises impossible.  So I thought I would give the Powerform a try.
At first, I felt very little during the treatment and was concerned my muscles were past improvement. After a few treatments, I was more aware of my pelvic floor muscles and felt I could contract them slightly better than I could before. On my 6th and 7th treatments the muscle contractions felt more intense and I became more aware of my own pelvic floor contractions in between treatments.

A week after my 8th treatment on the powerform chair I am so much happier with my pelvic floor function. I can feel a significant improvement in the strength of my muscles and the stress incontinence has improved a lot.  I plan to have another couple of treatments over the next month and will definitely continue with the recommended 6-week maintenance

Feedback received on the day of 8th pelvic floor treatment:

Pleased with the results of the powerform pelvic floor treatment. Just had my 8th treatment, my pelvic floor feels tighter and I can feel and use the muscles in this area much more. I have improved control passing urine and it has reduced my stress incontinence. Thank you, TS.

Feedback received on the day of 8th treatment:

I was having several leaks a day whilst coughing, sneezing, lifting, physical exercise and certainly if I didn’t make it to the toilet on time.  Now I think its mostly reduced to just physical exercise as I feel more in control at other times.
I would definitely recommend the treatment as I do feel more confident. I am determined to carry on with pelvic floor exercises and follow up with occasional Power Chair treatments.

Feedback received after 8th treatment:

Since having my eight treatments, I have been drier day-to-day and have even managed a sprint to a late appointment without ending up with wet jeans. However, it feels like this is work in progress and I will be booking in for maintenance treatments for the foreseeable future to supplement pelvic floor exercises at home.

(I had two brutal births, did not do pelvic floor exercises and once I reached perimenopause suffered with stress incontinence. I did try an alternative machine 2yrs ago and improved but the cost and distance meant maintenance was not an option so having Power V+ so close to home is amazing.)

Feedback received after 10th pelvic floor treatment:

Interestingly after the series of sessions I noticed an improvement then a decline a couple of weeks later when I had the top up session this lasted for approx a week or so and then improved again. What I have noticed is a significant improvement in the ability to isolate the pelvic floor muscle which I had previously been unable to do. I would say there has been a definate improvement overall with significantly less occasions of leakage and I would recommend the treatment.

Feedback received after 9th pelvic floor treatment:

I’ve had a total hysterectomy & take HRT, I’ve had problems since the hysterectomy.  I’ve never been able to isolate my pelvic floor muscles, now I can and can do my kegel exercises during the day and even slow or stop my wee midstream. Huge improvement.

Feedback received after 10th pelvic floor treatment:

Definitely recommend it! Have experienced a big improvement overall.

Noah of Psychotherapy Reviews

Thinking of booking to see Noah Sisson-Curbishley?

Why not view their feedback and reviews to help you decide?

  • Noah has provided excellent sessions with a mix of techniques, they respected my views and personal values, they really listened and helped me to explore my thoughts/feelings along with providing techniques I can use when needed in the future.

  • After starting counselling in first year, I noticed a big improvement in my overall mental health. During and after the pandemic, weekly sessions became a lifeline and helped me listen to my body and emotions. Noah has made a huge impact on my life, I truly believe that without their counselling (and outstanding listening skills) I would still be struggling with undiagnosed ADHD.

  • I feel very lucky to have had Noah as my Counsellor. They have helped me in so many ways and has given me the tools to help manage my symptom’s.  I looked foreword to our sessions every week and left them feeling confident, happy and calm.

  • Great experience, Noah was very helpful and understanding. Really appreciated every session and learned something every time.

  • Noah is an amazing counsellor. I felt comfortable sharing challenging and emotional information and had no fear of being judged or criticised, even for feelings that I judged and criticised myself for. I felt listened to, respected and empathised with, in a way that I haven’t for a long time. I feel more comfortable in myself as a person for having engaged with Noah and our sessions, and they guided them appropriately and considerately. They gave the right amount of interjection, and listened plenty but also gave their feedback and thoughts on situations that helped encourage me to see myself in a better light, and to hold myself to a more reasonable standard. I feel like I will be using the techniques and strategies I learned from our sessions going forward, and I have identified many of the biggest sources of stress and worry in my life through these sessions.

  • Noah has helped me consecutively over the past few years, there’s not one negative thing to say. They’re an amazing listener and always has helpful things to say that really made me think and understand why I’m feeling the way I am and how I can help myself going forward.

  • Noah has been my counsellor on and off for just over a year and I’ve felt they’ve really helped me in times of need. I feel that I’ve had someone who listens to me without any judgement who also understands me as an individual. I’ve felt that with their help, I’ve been able to grow as a person and better myself.

  • Noah was extremely helpful. They were very welcoming, and even though the sessions were done with Microsoft teams, I immediately felt comfortable with them which is a very important factor for me. They have been such a massive help.

  • I can’t offer any significant criticism, however working with Noah has been great. Throughout my experience, I have felt listened to, respected and have been able to talk about experiences I had not been able to explore emotionally until recently.

  • Noah was brilliant, I felt really listened to and valued where I am used to people glazing over or worse, and they were very reassuring and patient about things when I got distressed or was finding it hard to process out loud/find the right words. It was super valuable for me to speak to someone that I didn’t have to explain the nonbinary thing to (which I have had to in the past with many medical professionals etc) and didn’t have to code switch to be able to engage with. It also really helped that they didn’t focus on the trans thing except for when it became relevant, as that was a fear I had from previous experiences.    They’ve really helped me process some stuff I hadn’t realised was affecting me so badly, and got me through what has been a very difficult summer for *everyone*, so I massively appreciate everything they’ve done for me. I’d thoroughly recommend them for someone else having a hard time because I felt respected and engaged with, and they adapted to whatever I needed in the moment despite some messy direction changes mid-session (or sentence) and kept up with me, which I find rare. They were just very calming and validating about things I’ve struggled with for a long time and never once felt like it was oppositional or judging, and took time to read/register any feedback I sent outside of session time, too.  Thanks.  (I am fine with them reading this directly, if this is going to their manager.)

  • That Noah (my counsellor) adapted and used theories to help me understand and become more comfortable with talking about things. Really helped
