The number of treatments required varies significantly for different concerns and different areas. Some people benefit from only a few treatments for long-term improvements, and others need regular maintenance.
We do not sell packages with a large number of courses as they may not be necessary and are then wasted. We do, however, have a loyalty scheme that provides a discount when a treatment area still requires maintenance treatments after nine sessions.

Is pHformula Resurfacing Uncomfortable?
Skin resurfacing does not cause pain whilst having treatment. However, when the active ingredients are applied, your skin may feel hot or itchy and a little uncomfortable. This sensation is normal and does not usually last longer than a few minutes. If you notice pain or become very uncomfortable, it is important that you tell your therapist, who will remove the treatment immediately.
How Many Treatments Will I Need?
The number of treatments needed will depend on your skin concern and the outcome you want to achieve.
A course of between 3 and 6 treatments is typical to achieve the best results.
Our Aesthetician will be able to advise you following your consultation and first treatment, which includes a skin sensitivity test.

COVID Secure Procedure
All our staff are practicing strict stringent social distancing. These include longer spaces between appointments, PPE, stringent cleaning procedures. We are also asking people to wait in their car rather than in the waiting room. You will be asked to wear a mask while in the clinic.
Please only enter the clinic when your specialist opens the door to let you in. They will provide hand sanitiser on entry and exit, and will also check your temperature. We will also ask you to complete a covid questionnaire online before attending your appointment. You will then be escorted straight to your treatment room. For your safety, we must ventilate all rooms so please wear warm clothing if it is a cold day.
Consultations will be over the phone or by video when a face to face appointment is not necessary.

Whats is the downtime?
There is no downtime, even though the peel contains 35% TCA!
The treatment is quick and delivers instant results with no frosting effect and no visible traces of the procedure.

How often should I have the Peel?
For best results, we recommend a treatment every 7-10 days for 3 to 6 sessions.
You can also combine the BioRePeel with the following treatments:

You do not need to prepare your skin for the treatment although you will get better results if you use AHAs and or retinol for a few weeks before your treatment.
We recommend you stop all AHA’s, BHAs and retinol products for 3 days before and 3 days after the peel.
